In order to get the best out of your tea, you should note the below.

  1. Store all your teas in a cool (consistent temperature) dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  2. Enclose tea in airtight containers & canisters (especially fragrant teas) as this will maintain their flavour longer.
  3. Keep tea away from spices or other items with odours, as tea is hygroscopic and will absorb their scents.
  4. Stored correctly, all tea can keep for just over a year, except Matcha which should typically be consumed within 3 months and stored in the fridge after opening.

When enjoying our signature blends the key is to ensure the right temperature of the water  The steep time and temperature will remain the same. If you do not have a variable temperature kettle, we recommend boiling the water fully, and letting it cool for 2-3 minutes.

White: 1 Teaspoon, 3-4 Minutes with 85°C Water/Boil & Cool for 2.5 Minutes
Green: 1 Teaspoon, 2-3 Minutes with 80°C Water/ Boil & Cool for 3 Minutes
Purple: 1 Teaspoon, 2-3 Minutes with 80 °C Water/ Boil & Cool for 3 Minutes
Oolong: 1 Teaspoon, 2-4 Minutes with 90°C Water/ Boil & Cool for 2 Minutes
Black: 1 Teaspoon, 2-3 Minutes with 100°C Water/ Fully Boil
Chai: 1 Tablespoon, 2-3 Minutes with 100 °C Water/ Fully Boil 
Puerh: 1 Tablespoon, 1-3 Minutes with 100 °C Water/ Fully Boil
Herbal: 1 Teaspoon 3-5 Minutes with 100°C Water/ Fully Boil
